Cleaning properties on a building site comes with its own challenges with dirt and dust around every corner. Once the initial build has taken place, Cathedral Cleaning Services will come in and ensure surfaces are free from excess grout, plaster, paint spotting, dust and more at the pre-mastic stage. We will make sure your new build is cleaned thoroughly at every stage.
When your client is ready to take possession of their new property, Cathedral Cleaning Services will ensure that the completed property is ready for the final inspection by the new owner and ready for them to move straight in. This must be hassle free, not only to the new owner, but also to ensure your reputation for a superior quality service and finish is experienced by every one of your customers.
In addition to the above, we will ensure every window and surface sparkles, polish all fixtures and fittings, mop or vacuum all flooring and ensure all temporary labels and packaging is removed. We will remove all remaining debris and rubbish and all exterior areas. In essence your property will sparkle.
Sub-contractors are sometimes called in after the final inspection to make some changes. With a touch up clean we will generally clean, dust, shine and vacuum all surfaces as needed.
